Yes, this is indeed the Ferrari of lease option courses... First off, about the course mastermind.  Rick Otton is the property guru’s guru.  He has trained everyone from Simon Zutshi to Glenn Armstrong.

He would get loans to buy cars or musical instruments and then sell those to get cash to buy houses at pennies on the dollar.  He would then sell them on lease options -- i.e. rent to buy -- to eager buyers who couldn’t get home loans!

Over the years, he refined the system and finally -- with his trusty side-kick David Lee -- brought them to the UK around 2003.  Once the system was fully proven in the UK market, he did his first live UK training in 2008.

Rick does an annual sell-out 3 day UK conference in April every year.
